The timeline may also be affected by any delays in receiving your customization details. To ensure timely processing, we ask that you provide all required information as soon as possible.

*Returns & Refunds Policy*

- *Returns*: Since all our products are handcrafted and customized according to your specifications, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

- *Refunds: In case your product arrives damaged, we will process a refund. To qualify for a refund, an **unboxing video* is *mandatory* to document the damage at the time of delivery.
